STEP 1: INITIAL MEETING/QUALIFY
After submitting your initial inquiry, we’ll schedule a meet and greet phone call (or Skype) to get to know one another. We will discuss your brand goals and determine the best outcome for our partnership.
STEP 2 : PROPOSAL
After we have determined we are the right fit, we will do a walk through of our proposal explaining how our brand strategy sessions work, the structure of our timeline, overall process, and pricing guide breakdown.
STEP 2. CONTRACT
Based on the info we have gathered from our initial qualifying meeting, we will put together a contract. This contract outlines the terms of engagement, legal policies, project details, cost, and timeline. Once both parties sign, our work will begin once a 50% deposit has been paid.
STEP 3. PRE-BRAND STRATEGY (1-2 WEEKS)
Once logistics are complete (contract and deposit), next will come the Pre-brand strategy session. In this session we will identity your goals and uncover ideal client. A brand audit, data and SWOT Analysis will be discussed addressing the next steps for step 4.
Pro-Tip: It is best advised to keep per-conceived concepts and visuals of what the final logo might look like at bay. Our consultancy focuses on answering to your business goals by starting with a wide range of concepts and eventually narrowing down to best fit your business goals and needs. Expect for concepts to change, morph, and evolve immensely until we arrive at the best suitable creative outcome.
STEP 4. STRATEGY: (3-4 WEEKS)
During your brand strategy session we will dig deeper to uncover your brand foundation. We will be discussing what defines your brand, determining your brand’s mission, positioning statement, narrowing down your target audience, structuring your services and products, and brand visibility opportunities. We will be identifying your key users creating detailed profiles for them and documenting their user journeys. (Maximum of three profiles will be created).
We will also be creating a Brand Strategy Roadmap that identifies key pieces of information for your mission statement, value proposition, purchasing funnel, empathy graph (mood board) and visuals for inspiration.
STEP 5. BRAND IDENTITY DESIGN (4-5 WEEKS):
After we have gathered useful insights and findings about your brand through the strategy sessions, it’s time to align the visuals to your voice. received your design prep homework, vision board, and gathered info from the strategic alignment session. We will assess your business goals and style preferences and get to work on the initial brand identity concepts. This is the part where you sit back, relax, and let the magic begin! We will design your brand identity system, style guide, complete with usage guidelines and visual parameters.
Step 6. REVIEW:
Your thoughts and feedback will determine the next important step, going deep and narrow into your visual concept. (Remember it's about you the client, our mission is to make sure your brand identity answers to your business goals and overall vision). Once a direction has been chosen we will further refine and tweak the design to your liking. We’ll repeat this process for up to three rounds of revisions maximum. Anything beyond three revisions will accumulate in a 25% charge of the agreed upon price per revision.
Step 7. FINAL DEPOSIT:
Once you have approved your final design, before sending the final files, the second and final deposit will be paid 50%.
Step 8. DELIVERABLES:
Once the deposit has been processed your files will be ready for use, digitally wrapped in a bow, and delivered to your inbox so you can begin implementing your new brand materials.
